How does company verification work?
After submitting your listing, our team reviews the information. You can then claim your company profile by verifying via email (matching your company domain), website meta tag, DNS TXT record, or file upload. Verification gives you control to edit your profile.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel your Premium or Platinum subscription at any time. Your listing will revert to the Basic tier at the end of your billing period. There are no cancellation fees.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and can arrange invoice payment for annual Platinum subscriptions.
Is the Basic listing really free?
Yes — a Basic directory listing is completely free. Simply submit your company and our team will review and approve it within 1–2 business days.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Absolutely. You can upgrade at any time and the change takes effect immediately (prorated billing). Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What is a "sponsored homepage placement"?
Platinum members get their company logo and name featured on the Oil Authority homepage, visible to all visitors. Placement is on a rotation basis among active Platinum sponsors.
